Nosres is looking for a highly motivated and creative Graphic Design Intern who wants to think creatively and differently. The Nosres Graphic Design Internship will allow you to apply knowledge gained from your Fine Arts, Graphic Design, and Visual Communication courses to solve real-world problems and collaborate on several small projects. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in creating brand guidelines and establishing a strong visual identity for a company. As a result, you will be able to sharpen your skills and acquire valuable hands-on experience in your degree.

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will be responsible for creating brand guidelines and developing and implementing a consistent visual identity for the company. As part of the design team, you will collaborate with team members to gather existing branding materials. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of graphic design principles and branding, as well as excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is also important.

Graphic Design Intern Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge acquired from Fine Arts, Graphic Design, and Visual Communication courses and experience to solve real-world problems.

• Researching the company’s history, mission, and target audience.

• Define the company’s visual identity through color palettes, typography, imagery, and other elements.

• Create style sheets and other reference materials to ensure consistency in design execution.

Education and Experience

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 

• A degree in Graphic Design is a plus. 

Key Requirements and Skills

• Currently attending a degree program and expect to graduate by December 2023.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Capability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work on several projects simultaneously with minimal direction.

Additional Requirements

An outstanding portfolio showing your recent design work samples is a plus.
