The Nosres Recent Graduate Program is designed for highly motivated recent graduates who, within the previous two years, graduated from qualifying educational institutions with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible, you must:

  • Have completed a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree from a qualifying educational institution within the preceding two years.
  • Meet qualification requirements for the position.

Note: Successful applicants will be placed in a one-year or two-year career development program.

Conversion opportunity after the program completion

Recent Graduates may be converted to a permanent position after the program completion.

However, to be eligible for conversion, recent graduates must:

  • Successfully completed all requirements
  • Complete at least 40 hours of training
  • Demonstrated outstanding job and leadership performance
  • Received recommendation for conversion
  • Meet the qualification requirements for the position to which the Recent Graduate will be converted
