Nosres is looking for a brilliant Project Management Intern who is familiar with project management software tools and has a passion for planning and managing products from discovery, design, and development stages. The Nosres QA Software Engineering Internship will allow you to apply knowledge gained from Business or Management courses to solve real-world problems. You will collaborate on many small projects. It will also enable you to gain exposure to leaders and connect with other interns. As a result, you will be able to sharpen your skills and acquire valuable hands-on experience in your degree.

As a Project Management Intern, you will plan, develop and manage products from the discovery, design, and development stages. You will maintain communication between UI/UX designers and other engineering teams (DevOps, Front-End, Back-End, and QA software engineers), maintaining documentation, coordinating resources and leading meetings. To be successful in this role, you should be organized and possess scheduling, task management and reporting skills.

Design and quality play a pivotal role at Nosres. The Engineering and Technology Team designs and develops websites and platforms. They also strive to secure all forms of electronic data. In addition, they ensure that all of our web applications are intuitive and bug free. They are passionate about solving complex technology problems. Ultimately, they work in collaboration with the Design Team to make sure that user interactions on web pages are intuitive and engaging.

Project Management Intern Responsibilities

  • Apply knowledge acquired from Business or Management courses and experience to solve real-world problems.
  • Provide project management support across multiple assigned projects.
  • Use specific software and tools to track projects effectively, including scheduling, logging risks and issues, reporting, and updating resourcing information.
  • Cooperate with other interns and team members to acquire knowledge to meet product requirements and development schedules.
  • Work independently on assigned tasks.

 

Education and Experience

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business or Management, or other related project management training.
  • Experience with project management software tools.

 

Key Requirements and Skills

  • Currently attending a degree program and anticipate graduation by December 2023.
  • Familiarity with analytical and presentation tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with project management software tools.
  • Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Business understanding and data analysis.
  • Creative, analytical, and critical thinking to find solutions to complex problems. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Empathy, initiative, and ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • Capability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work on several projects simultaneously with minimal direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Additional Requirements

Project management experience from previous school projects.
